Processing and Fulfillment Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping, pending credit card verification and stock availability. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
- Delivery Timeline: Once your order has been successfully processed, products are shipped and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
- High-Volume Delay Disclaimer: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during major product launches or holiday seasons), shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.
- Free Domestic Shipping: We are proud to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $50.00 or more (calculated after discounts/promotions are applied and before taxes).
- Orders Under $50: For orders under $50.00, a $7.00 carrier fee will be added at checkout.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Bridgett Ree Beauty ships to select international destinations. However, please be aware of the following cross-border rules:
- Customer Responsibility for Fees: Bridgett Ree Beauty is not responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including but not limited to customs clearance fees, import duties, and VAT).
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees or import duties, the package will be returned to our facility. In these circumstances, the original shipping charges, any return shipping fees incurred by the carrier, and a potential restocking fee will be deducted from your final product refund.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking link will become active and trackable within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
Damages, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues
- Risk of Loss: As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, the risk of loss and title for all physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Bridgett Ree Beauty is not legally liable for packages damaged or lost in transit by the courier.
- Filing a Claim: If your order arrives physically damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact the delivery carrier with evidence.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Please double-check your apartment, suite, or unit numbers before finalizing payment. Bridgett Ree Beauty is not responsible for shipments that are misdelivered or returned to our facility due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package must be re-shipped, additional shipping costs will be billed to the customer.
