Welcome to Bridgett Ree Beauty. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at www.bridgettree.com (the "Site"), and any purchases of beauty and skincare products or services made from us.

By accessing our Site, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use this Site.

• Age Requirement: By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
• Account Accuracy: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• Product Descriptions: Bridgett Ree Beauty attempts to be as accurate as possible with our skincare and beauty product descriptions and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without liability.
• Tax & Shipping: Prices displayed do not include shipping fees or applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and authorized third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable card or account for the total order amount.

• Shipping: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Shipping dates provided are estimates only.
• Returns Policy: Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of beauty and skincare products, returns are handled strictly under our RETURN POLICY. Generally, altered, unsealed, or used cosmetics/skincare products are not eligible for return.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact our customer care team at brb@bridgettree.com within  48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to request a replacement or store credit.

• Ownership: All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, product names, and data compilations—is the exclusive property of Bridgett Ree Beauty or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

• If you post reviews, comments, or submit creative ideas, you grant Bridgett Ree Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content worldwide in any media. You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

• IMPORTANT HEALTH DISCLAIMER: The products and information found on Bridgett Ree Beauty are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. Individual results from skincare products vary based on skin type, sensitivity, and pre-existing conditions. Always patch-test new products before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
• AS-IS BASIS: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• LIABILITY CAP: IN NO CASE SHALL BRIDGETT REE BEAUTY, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND—INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR DAMAGE TO SKIN OR PROPERTY—RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bridgett Ree Beauty and our affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS AND IMPACTS HOW CLAIMS YOU AND BRIDGETT REE BEAUTY HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED. 

• Mandatory Arbitration: You and Bridgett Ree Beauty agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the purchase and use of any products shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in a court of law. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
• Arbitration Procedures: The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place on an individual basis, and hearings may be conducted via telephone or via video conference for your convenience.
• Class Action Waiver: YOU AND BRIDGETT REE BEAUTY AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding permitted outside of binding arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in  Saint Clair County, Alabama, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

For material changes affecting the rights of Alabama residents or how user data is integrated, we will make reasonable efforts to provide direct notification (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on our Site).
